No, you don’t have to sign up to use Mindzy. You’re welcome to explore most of our features without creating an account. However, signing up unlocks a number of advantages that can make your experience smoother, more personal, and more rewarding.
With an account:
Your progress is safe – all your data is securely stored in the cloud, so you won’t lose anything if you reinstall the app or start using it on a new device.
Personalized insights – get detailed analytics on your games and skills, including how you compare to others in your age group.
Cross-device sync (coming soon) – we plan to introduce cross-device sync soon, which will allow to pick up right where you left off, whether you’re on your phone, tablet, or another device, regardless of OS.
Exclusive offers – receive personalized discounts and special deals available only to registered users.
In short, while you can enjoy Mindzy without an account, signing up ensures you get the most from everything the app has to offer.
You can sign up for Mindzy in just a few taps. At the moment, we support Google and Apple sign-in options. Soon we plan to add option to sign up with email and password.
You’ll be invited to create an account the first time you launch the app, during onboarding questionnaire. If you choose to skip this step, you can sign up anytime later from your profile – just tap the banner with the sign-up prompt.
And don’t worry – after signing up, you can log out or delete your profile at any time if you ever need to.
To delete your account, go to your Profile, open the Account section, and scroll to the bottom. You’ll see a Delete Account button there.
After you tap it, we’ll ask you to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted along with all associated data – including your gameplay history, high scores, Battle and Challenge participation records, game and skill statistics, and any other stored information.
Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored.
When you log out of your profile, all account data – including your gameplay history, high scores, Battle and Challenge participation records, game and skill statistics, subscription status, and any other stored information – will remain saved and synced to the account you logged out from.
If you play any games or participate in other activities in the app while logged out, then log back into your account afterward, any new data collected during that time will be lost, and your account will resume at the state it was in at the moment you logged out.
Yes, you can purchase a membership before signing up for an account. Once you create your account, the corresponding subscription status will be applied automatically.
If, for any reason, your membership does not appear after signing up on Apple device, go to your Profile, open the Account section, and tap Restore Purchases to sync your subscription.
Please note: memberships are linked to the Apple ID account used for the purchase. To restore your membership successfully, make sure you are signed in with the same store account you originally used.
